i received a "silk scarf" one day, a pair of cheap sun glasses another day and then a "tupperware" storage container next. What can we do to get our money back if we were sent these $2 and $5 cheap items instead of our $50 and $60 dollar items?

I'm only asking bc I received one of these items and I purchased something from Latoniaa.store & was getting pissed bc it wasn't arriving. Well when going to my post office I realized that the tracking number this scamming bitch had giving me, the stupid lil smily face bag I received the tracking number was identical! It's there way of saying that yes your package u ordered arrived bc majority of the time no one's going to see or realize the tracking numbers are the same! Also on the shipping label under ur name did it say NULL NULL? these questions are very important

I just got the same bag. I placed an ordered from a company, I did not know was in China. Not the same tracking number though, but I am sure I have been had. Out $38.00

I ordered the ice maker and saw from comments it was a scam so I went to my bank closed out my card and got my money back to my it was like $40 but yesterday I got a pair of sun shades and a blue case in the mail nothing in the envelope so I just locked my card for online purchases just in case

I ordered an ice machine also, got a knee brace. I knew right after I ordered that it was a scam site. Bank cancelled the transaction. Luckily I received my money back.

I also got a strawberry keychain yesterday that i didn't order. It has a US postage sticker on top of china post sticker. I see all these posts but no solution to get our money back from this. I ordered something off of HSN as well. Then saw the international charge.
I got cheap plastic sunglasses in a cheap plastic case. No paper work or any kind of shippping documents. Has a USPS #EP number but if look it up the number it only says delivered.

I disputed my credit card charge. Hopefully I can get the charge reversed. They portrayed a long tracking process from China to California to Maryland then Pittsburgh.

My package had the words Null Null under my name. I ordered these nice strollers off of a site on FB that was labeled QVC and they charged me $70. Will be calling my credit card company to file a dispute
I just got a cheap T-shirt from this company and of course did not order it. Can anyone who was billed by them please let us know what the billing name was on your credit card or your paypal account. I cannot seem to find Anything I ordered that could be related to this.
Never order off Facebook advertisements. They say QVC or HSN but not true. If you click look closely it will have many different companies. My was ENFEER. Beware!
