I got this bracelet in the mail that I didn’t order. It was a cheap bracelet. It came from Keathers Fottyes (don’t think that’s the real name) It came from 248–23 Brookville Blvd., Rosedale, NY 11422

This happened to me too. Same sender name. Likely a "brushing scam". Google that. You can make a report with United States Postal Inspection Service.
I got solar pool lights from that address and when I called the phone number, they denied being a company and the foreign man was very rude. The phone number was 646-203-1191 that was affiliated with that address.
