I bought 3 portable ceramic heaters. They were advertised as efficient plug in any room for quick heat. The heaters draw 220 volts and my home is wired for 110 volts like most other north American homes with outlets that receive the type of plug the heaters have.

pair of cheap styled 'Crocs' in dark orange. I sent an email on 31st July to the company as detailed on their advert pointing out their error, also sending photographs of what I had received and the packaging showing their address (as shown above in scammer info box) on that date. On 4th August, I received 2 pairs of black thick sole and heeled cheap sandals. Again I sent an email to the company on that date and complained. I requested a full refund. I have not received the refund due to me so I have notified my bank of this scam. I am not sure at this point if my bank will be able to help. I attach photographs and packaging of first item received a pair of (orange cheap Croc style) sandals and second pair of poor quality, thick sole and heel, black sandals plus packaging.
