Same thing! but I did order a dog crate (from musoom on FB marketplace advertising) and so did my friend. We both got pairs of socks (I got 2 pair, she got one). Never ever will I order from FB again.

The reason you often receive cheap products from overseas is that the companies are trying to increase their ratings, so they place orders, ship something cheap so there is proof of delivery, and then write a favourable review. There is really nothing you can do about this. If the package was addressed correctly with your name, then it means someone has obtained your name & address somehow, but you're not likely to ever find out how. 4567 Dixie Road is Canada Post's massive facility in Mississauga. International parcels can be shipped in bulk on a single waybill and then split after importation so that this appears as the return address. You cannot return the package to this address once you've opened it.

I ordered an 8' x 2' patio planter and received a pair of cheap sunglasses instead. This is a scam and they are getting away with this. YW Co. Ltd is listed as being located at 4567 Dixie Rd., Why is Canada Post not doing something about stopping this thievery and do not allow them to use your address. Shame on you all !!!!

Htf is this not being monitored, I ordered power tools and received a cheap multi head screw driver shame on them as well as Facebook for allowing them to advertise there

same happened to me. Bought from FB. I am reporting them to the BBB also and will me sending them multiple emails all day everyday until they respond and issue me a refund

no one buy the dog toy that light up and spin around they are garbage the plastic nobby light covers are a choking hazard mine lasted about 30 seconds and quit working I don't know why I buy these thing from china they are mostly junk

Oh la la! I was not expecting this. Thanks for your feedback. I ordered a robot for the pool and received a necklace (chain+heart) and I was wondering where it came from. I understand that I was fooled even though I had taken out delivery insurance? I'm going to try to verify my credit card. We have insurance. Who knows?

I got the sun glasses but there is a card in the package that says the item ordered is still on it's way. Did anyone eventually get their real order?

I knew it was too good to be true, ordered a pool vacuum and got Santa earrings, never ever order fro Facebook, learned my lesson the hard way 😞
