On November 8, 2022 I ordered a Sthil Chain saw from Shonrouys from Facebook. The tracking number given was: AG43797******. The saw never arrived but another package came from Online Seller, 24208 San Michele Rd., Moreno Valley, CA. containing a large scarf which I never ordered. The tracking number on the package was the same so I am thinking China sent the wrong order. Do you know what is going on? I would still like to have the chain saw or my money back.I'm in Corning

Had the same problem with this place. Same tracking # and received ear muffs instead of a shoe rack.
OK, the two are not related, this is a scam called Brushing.
Same thing happened to me...should've known better. I ordered one thing and received EAR MUFFS!!

I ordered corrective dark spot serum for my face and instead was shipped Vitamin C Serum....this is very frustrating!
I ordered an expensive watch and when I received the package the box was empty.
