A Nordstrom sale popped up on 12/17/22 and I ordered clothes for a total of $37.83. No order has ever been received nor any communication on them. A total of $37.83 was charged to my Amazon Prime card 12/17/22 listed on my bill as "RH*fingal.shop Internet. Has to be FRAUD as I see now other scammed with same site ! I am reporting all this to Amazon Prime also. Please invstigate and Prosecute them !!!!

I received a cane that was not as I ordered. Also, the packaging was poor and it came smashed and parts missing. What can I do about this?
