I ordered a product from EILISRA & received the wrong product. I reached out to them & they informed me I had received the correct one & would not do anything to resolve the problem.

Same happened to me too.
Just received mine today and it wasn’t what I ordered. All the info/directions were in Chinese…not helpful!

I got their openeyes and it does absolutely nothing so it might not matter had you received what you ordered. also they have no money back guarantee. will never buy anything from them again obviously
Same with me, they have not even responded to my email request for a full refund. I posted a review on their website but it isn't showing. Wish I had researched the firm better
I too ordered the Open Eyes and I agree with the earlier review, it does absolutely nothing. I asked for a refund but never heard back from them. Do not order this product, it is absolutely useless.
This is a total scam, these people should be reported and blocked, we are buying fake things with our hard earned money and everything is written in Chinese but they advertise in English. SCAM!!!!!!!
