It was reported that employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. Specifically, it was reported that 3 employees have tested positive for COVID-19, yet employees were not notified by management. It was further reported that employees who were in direct contact with those who tested positive were not required to be tested or self-quarantine for any amount of time, and continued to work with other employees. The employer has not enforced and implemented precautions such as, but not limited to, quarantining of employees that may have had close contact with the coworkers that tested positive for COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
