1. Employees receiving adverse treatment for asking questions about COVID-19 in the plant. 2. Employees are refused quarantine. 3. There is refusal to provide proper PPE or disinfectant to people who are required to clean and disinfect workstations. 4. There is refusal to have proper garbage covering with open tobacco, spit and other very contagious material. Employees have to handle this refuse without proper protection. 5. Employees have to immediately return to work after getting tested and are not paid for their time to be tested. 6. Company states it does not have to inform workers of COVID-19, does not have to allow quarantine even if working close to people. 7. Employees told to immediately return to work after COVID-19 testing, if negative, no matter how close they work with people. 8. Nine people in stamping department were COVID-19 positive and management still refused to quarantine people or take safety precautions to protect employee health.
