The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to stay home if symptomatic. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. The buses are not sanitized between drivers or stops, and the common areas are not sanitized.
