1. Employees are experiencing coughing and headaches while inside the facility due to mold growing in the ventilation system. There are dead animals inside the walls. The facility is infested with roaches, gnats and mice. Mice droppings have been found in the lab closets. 2. The facility deals with patients which have tested positive for COVID-19, howeve the employer is not cleaning the facility. 3.
