1. The employer is requiring employees to report to work while displaying symptoms of COVID-19. Employees must remain in the workplace until a positive test is received. 2. Six employees were in close proximity to a patient who later tested positive for COVID-19 for over 15 minutes. The employees were not notified of the positive test. 3.
