1. There have been three positive COVID-19 cases since 3/17/2021. The station manager failed to notify all persons that could have been exposed to COVID-19. The manager allowed people to work when they should have been quarantined. The employer never called or sent a letter letting employees know of their exposure. If notified, notifications were not timely (sometimes several days later). They pick and choose who stays working and who has to stay home 2. There is no sanitizer or disinfectant readily available at the gates. 3. There was a spirit manager that actively let a COVID-19 positive passenger fly.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
