Employees are not notified when a co-worker has tested positive by management. At least two employees have tested positive for COVID-19 recently and have exposed other employees in the restaurant. At least two employees have shown symptoms of COVID-19 but did not get tested and were allowed to continue to work, provided they wore a mask.
