1. Garbage is inside and outside the facility, thereby exposing employees to unsanitary working conditions and trip hazards. Applicable Standards: 29 CFR 1910.141 and 29 CFR 1910.22. 2. Employees are exposed to bedbugs, cockroaches, and mice. The employer has not established a continuing and effective extermination program. Applicable Standard: 29 CFR 1910.141. 3. The employer fails to follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines of wearing facemask/face coverings, thereby exposing employees to the coronavirus. Applicable Standard: Section 5(a)(1) of the General Duty Clause.
