Where there continues to be cases of COVID-19 among members of the workforce, employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Employees do not, or cannot, stay 6 feet apart when they are working; 2. The thermometer used to check employees' body temperature appears to be faulty, due to it reading 94.7 F all the time; 3. Customers are not made to wear masks; some customers refuse to do so; 4. The employer has not informed employees when other employees, with whom they had, or could have had, close contact, have tested positive for the virus and/or have been diagnosed with the infection.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-09
