3203(a)(6): a. EE's are allowed to have potlucks in break room, there was approximately 12-20 people present. No social distancing or face covering being enforced. b. Patients scheduled for scheduled for surgery are not tested outside the facility. Patients are brought into the hospital potentially exposing hospital employees. c. ER is not contact tracing when EE's have tested positive. 3203(a)(7) Food service employees without training have been reassigned to screen people entering the hospital.
