1.) There are 6 makeshift isolation rooms on 6CN/6CS of the ICU that use vacuums to filter air outside, the duct work is being held together with duct tape which does not always keep the duct to the window. 2.) Filters are not being changed on the vacuums being used in the makeshift isolation rooms. 3.) Training videos "Special Respiratory Airborne isolation PPE Doffing" and Special respiratory airborne isolation PPE Doffing -no ante room" contradict written guidelines given to employees. 4.)
