1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that 30 employees tested positive on the jobsite and returned to work without re-testing. Currently there are 5 employees with COVID-19 in the last week that are still showing signs and symptoms of illness. Contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that no housekeeping has been done within the construction site to ensure employees do not contract viruses on surfaces. Contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 40
