1. Employees are not following signs and arrows delineating distancing and one-way traffic; e.g., employees go in the marked "OUT" doors, and vise versa. 2. Employees are not wearing a mask, and tables/eating areas in the breakroom aren't cleaned after each break. 3. People stand outside the entrance door, smoking cigarettes, while not wearing mask. 4. The mats on the floor at the employee workstations are too small and too thin. They slide around, and really do nothing to alleviate the shock absorption to the legs, feet, and back. 5. The doors at the work cells have been disabled so that they don't close, and sparks from welding robots fly out.
