1. The amount of COVID cases in all of the buildings continue to increase. 2. The employer continues to say that they don't have the resources to allow employees to work from home. However leadership and outside contractors continue to work from home. 3. Employees continue to vacation but they are not quarantining. 4. The employer is not informing employees who have had contact with coworkers who have tested positive for COVID. It is it is poorly documented not easily accessible for all. 5. The employer is not assuring that the workplace is cleaned as often as they state they are, and desks are not wiped down as they should be. 6.
