1. There is currently a COVID outbreak among employees of the business. Several employees have been sent home to take the cover test (rapid), and even though the employer knows that they were all directed to quarantine for 14 days due to direct exposure, employees were required to come back to work immediately. The most recent employee to test positive was in the office all day yesterday working closely with patients (doing testing which takes 10 to 25 minutes) and the employer has no intention of notifying any of the patients that were exposed. 2. Though the exam rooms have been cleaned between patients, the rest of the office does not; it is only cleaned on the weekends. 3.
