The employer has not cleaned and disinfected all high-touch surfaces in the office that employees who have tested positive for coronavirus have come into contact with in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing coworkers to SARS-CoV-2. 2. The employer is not enforcing the use of cloth face coverings by employees in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing coworkers to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer does not have sick leave policies that are flexible and consistent with public health guidance in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Sick employees are coming into work because they have no PTO available exposing coworkers to SARS-CoV-2. 4. The employer is not screening patients for coronavirus symptoms prior to their entry into the office in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 5.
