1. Employees do not enter the hospital with a mask on. They ride the elevator and come up to the floor unmasked. I was given a verbal on Wednesday September 23, 2020 because I excused a male nurse out of my clean area. The nurse's are reckless. Some wear mask when they feel like it, some don't. Most of the patients walk around without mask on. They come up to the floor unmasked from other units, ER, etc. Family members do not always have mask on. 2. The nurse's station is just like it was precovid. No changes. No one cleaning anything. People are all over from one computer station to another all day, everyday. No one is wiping down anything. 3. There is no one at the door asking questions or taking temperatures. We have a two part questionnaire that is sent to our email everyday. No one told us anything about it, why we are suppose to fill it out or anything. 4. The nurse's literally eat and drink at the nurse's station. 5. Employees not washing their hands when they obviously change a patient, bag up what needs to be thrown into the dirty utility room, open the patient door, the dirty utility room with the trash in hand, all with the same clothes on. 6. Not training new workers appropriately, putting them in situations so bad they quit. 7. Management stated they are exempt from executive orders.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-24
