Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. There have been at least 5 cases, and employees who could have had contact with them were not informed, and were not sent home to quarantine; 2. The facility is not being sanitized; 3. The wearing of masks and people staying 6 feet apart is not being enforced; 4.
