Employer has had multiple COVID-19 cases at location. Employer has not been sanitizing areas where positive cases have been working. Employer also doesn't conduct daily screening procedures on employees.

1. The employer did not implement disinfecting protocols, T8 CCR 3203(a)(6).
2. The employer did not implement individual control measures and screenings, T8 3203(a)(6).
3. The employer did not ensure that all employees have reasonable access to washing facilities, T8 CCR 3366(a).
