The LENOWISCO Health District has advised that a boil water advisory remained in effect for several locations in Scott and neighboring counties, including in Gate City: Franklin Street, West Highland Street, Darter Street, Sue Street, Jay Street, and West Elm Street. A town-issued boil notice remained in effect Wednesday for upper elevations served by the Gate City water system.
