At least 115 water utility customers lost their water service Saturday night after a water main break outside the Vero Beach Outlets. The mall and surrounding hotels and restaurants, including Steak 'n Shake and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, were without water Sunday afternoon. Nearby residents who were temporarily without water were put on a boil-water notice Sunday after their service was restored.
