I ordered the blackcass battery powered chainsaw and I got a chain with two straps attached. Such a scam. I tried to report this to the BBB but the website doesn't have an actual physical address.
It says they are located in Houston, TX, but no street address. This company is ripping people off and making money doing it. Can't someone stop them.
