I too ordered the hand chainsaw in December 2020. I have received nothing. When I contact the company via the email address, they tell me my "chain" was delivered. According to the tracking number, it was delivered somewhere in the state of Washington--I live in the state of Missouri. The response I get is that I should check with my neighbors...
