I received a package through united states postal service from a company named gethers hotys3659 s ashland avenue Chicago,il 60609
I do not recognize the item in the package or remember ordering anything from this company.
It is a black rubber four inch square, with four tubular one and a half inch hollow extensions. See attached pictures.

I have no idea why I received this. Could you please reply with information about this package.
