Safety Report: A fake diamond ring that was not ordered, It was sent to Huntsville Texas

It was a diamond ring that was not ordered by anyone at our address in Huntsville texas. It came from cedar Grove New Jersey. It was a diamond ring with the adjustable band where you could open it up or squeeze it together to make it snug on smaller fingers. It was a woman's diamond ring which was not ordered and of course it's very fake but there was no billing statement inside

I did not order this package. I am not opening it, I exposed A second label underneath that Gives the address of where it might have come from and then the top label has another address with a name that does not appear anywhere on google.
