“Got Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine Sunday morning 4/11/21, in Hagerstown Maryland Outlet Mall. I am a healthy 56-yr old woman. I have never had any COVID-19 symptoms and have never been tested for COVID-19. About 12 hrs after vaccination, I felt like I had the flu, with chills, sweats, vivid dre... ams, restless night, back pain, muscle aches, really bad headache, felt anxious and sad, had diarrhea, extreme fatigue, and missed one full day of work on Monday and started work late Tuesday the next day. Drank coffee and took one Ibuprofen. Drank lots of tea. Then I felt fine, appetite is back, feel back to normal but now anxious about the news about blood clots. ”

“'- On 1/19/2021 it was reported to employees (who arrived at work at Dutch Hollow in Union College this morning) that they were exposed to a coworker infected with COVID-19. They were sent home in a haphazard fashion; some employees (the receiver on campus, as well as all employees in the campus piz... za station) who were exposed to him were required to stay and work. Meanwhile, his specific unit, Dutch Hollow, was closed until 5 PM for cleaning. No communication from leadership, no communication to those workers who operated in close proximity to him for long periods of time, no direct steps taken to protect the health of workers and students other than cleaning Dutch Hollow. Meanwhile, the director has stated that Dutch Hollow will remain open until members of the night shift are infected/test positive, against the wishes of other management figures. The infected employee works nights on a weekly basis. This registers as an attempt by a corporate entity to sidestep COVID-19 issues in an attempt to drive profit, and creates a potentially unsafe work environment for both employees and students.

“'- Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, ICU management keeps all N-95 masks locked in their office which employees have to request to go in to get. At night time, when nursing management is not here, the office doors are locked and are inaccessible to staff who need them for their safety while caring for Cor... onavirus patients. In order to get a mask, one must travel to another wing of the hospital to get it which delays care and is unacceptable as they need to be available to quickly attain in emergency circumstances. The hospital should not be able to keep PPE locked up with staff unable to have access to it. Employers and management have been made aware of the difficulty this creates and the PPE continues to be in their offices, which is locked during off shift hours.
