tracking number on the package was the same so I am thinking China sent the wrong order. Do you know what is going on? I would still like to have the chain saw or my money back.

I saw the ad for the Stihl saws on Facebook. There were multiple offers for the SAME saw and I chose the deal from (95bb04) .

08/08 update: Still waiting for the CORRECT PACKAGE to be DELIVERED or the return of my $65.12!!!!!

kept telling me it was shipped and showed to be delivered. Picture of what I received is attached. Would you kindly explain to me if what I received is a battery powered chainsaw please let me know how to use it becaus I clearly cannot see battery or chain on it. Was all the pieces sent for it. Honestly it does not look anythin like chainsaw to me. But i do wear eyeglasses and have a disability. But still I kow what chainsaw looks like. Product from China - Hahdiy.

Being it’s so long ago, I’m not sure I can do anything.. but I wouldn’t be ordering from Amphitrite Technology Limited.
