It was alleged that the employer does not conduct contact tracing for employees, who were potentially exposed to COVID-19. It was alleged that social distancing is not enforced in the building. It was alleged that new employees are not screened for COVID-19 for entry to the building. It was alleged that the building is not being disinfected to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is contrary to section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to fire hazards. It was alleged that occupancy limits for the building are exceeded several times per day. This is contrary to 1910.34.
