T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(E) - Employer does not provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) especially when supplies ran out. 3. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(E) - At the milk aisle, one fan is off and temperature is not being met, with fan wire sparking. There are leaks making the floor wet at the frozen aisle.
