Today I received an envelope size of 7 ¼ inches tall and 5 ½ inches wide made of heavy card stock.

piece of card stock size 10.0 inches tall and 7 1/8 wide. This was folded in half to fit the envelope and both sides were totally blank.

I have enclosed a copy of the shipping label for the United States Postal Service.

I don’t know what this is for or why you chose me to send this to.

I have sent the original envelope and insert to the Illinois State Registrar in charge of LLC’s.
I also sent a copy to the Postmaster General Fraud department for examination.

My first instinct is to say that this is a scam of some kind and I’m waiting for another incident.

Whatever your are or whoever you are please remove my name and address from your mailing list.
