I trusted because it was Amazone. The information that I got today from the platform 17Track is that the package has arrived to my country but I have no idea if it is true or just a part of the scam. Most of the packages coming from foreigner countries, have a special tracking number (that is provided by the seller or the carrier when the item has been dispatched) ant it is required by the argentine custom

same thing with regard to the order, I wrote to China Post but they never answered me. The page I made the purchase from, if you answer me and want to return a small percentage and since I'm annoyed they're raising it by 10%, I still don't accept it and we're exchanging emails.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
