Power in parts of Clinton County was out Thursday morning.

According to the website of New York State Electric and Gas, 3,677 customers were without power as of 11 a.m. The power went out shortly before 9 a.m.

The site lists 1,361 people without power in Saranac, 1,279 in the Town of Plattsburgh, 497 in Black Brook, 324 in Schuyler Falls, 72 in Altona, 26 in the Town of Dannemora and 2 in Peru.
