Approximately 520 Avista electric customers in Harrison, ID will experience a planned power outage on Tuesday, November 15. The planned outage will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. lasting approximately four hours. Impacted customers have been notified. Avista crews will be performing maintenance on equipment on Highway 97 between Well Springs Road and Panorama View.
