Moderately severe Pfizer vaccine Side Effects, USA

I had a bad reaction to both the 1st and 2nd dose. They were about the same or the 2nd dose maybe slightly worse. Severe arm pain from my neck to my hand, low fever, back tingling, body aches, extreme fatigue, nausea, headache. The last three symptoms lasted for at least 5 days. On 2nd shot I also had a rather large local allergic reaction that peaked at about day 3, similar to times I've been stung by a wasp.

I did not order the item I received. There is no name of the company to return it to and the item is pretty much useless as it has a British plug on it. A month ago my Visa was compromised with 15 charges attempted on it. I don’t know if these 2 things are connected but I’m thinking they are
