The employer did not identify and disinfect areas, materials and equipment used by a COVID-19 case in the workplace. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(3). 3. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees with a COVID-19 exposure from the workplace for 10 days from date of last exposure. T8 CCR 3205(c)(10)(B). 4. The employer did not give notice to employees on their exposure to a COVID-19 positive case. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). 5. The employer did not ensure employees are wearing facial coverings properly. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A). 6. The employer did not ensure employees can maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between each other while working conducting coaching and tournament activities. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A). 7. The employer did not enact protocols under section 3205.1 of the COVID-19 ETS when 3 or more employees became positive for COVID-19 in the workplace. T8 CCR 3205.1.
