1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 in the warhouse, due to socializing being done without employees wearing face masks. 2. The company is not practicing social distancing with customers. Customers are retrieving packages without wearing masks, when it is supposed to be contactless delivery. 3. There have been several cases of COVID-19 at the facility and employees are not made aware, in case they had been in contact with the person(s). 4. The employer has not made customers aware to ensure that their pets are put away when a delivery is being made. Employees have issues with dogs on a daily basis and they have nothing to protect themselves if they are attacked. 5. Packages are sometimes staged improperly in the vans, causing employees to make awkward movements when searching for packages. This has caused shoulder and back pain. 6. Employees are urinating into plastic bottles in the vans, due to trying to keep up with delivery quotas, and some of the vans have bad odors similar to a portajohn.2 weeks ago •reported by user-drqdc697
