T8 CCR 3205(c)(5)(A) Employer has not trained employees on the hazards of COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(c)((6)(A) Employer does not have methods of social distancing in the office. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A) Employer is not providing face covering to the employees. T8 CCR 3205(c)(9)(A) Employer is not reporting COVID-19 cases at the workplace to the local Health Department whenever required by law. T8 CCR 3205(c)(10)(B) Employer is not limiting the transmission of COVID-19 in the workplace by not enforcing individuals who were possible exposed to quarantine as outlined by the CDC and San Diego County Public Health.
