1. The employer did not give notice to employees on their potential exposure to a COVID-19 positive case. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). 2. The employer did not ensure to communicate with employees on the subject and hazards of COVID-19 in the workplace, nor communicate with employees in regards to the schools Policy's and Procedures in regards to COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205(c)(1)(D). 3. The employer did not ensure employees are wearing facial coverings properly while working in the kitchen facility. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A). 4. The employer did not ensure to evaluate the existing environment to increase ventilation to the maximum quantity of outdoor air and increase filtration efficiency to the maximum level which is compatible with the current HVAC systems located in classrooms, library, offices and the locker rooms. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E). 5. The employer did not ensure that high touch surfaces and shared equipment are properly disinfected prior to employee shift changes. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(c). 6. The employer did not conduct a workplace-specific identification of all interactions, areas, activities that could potentially expose employees to COVID-19 hazards in the isolation room/area where staff intermix with possible COVID-19 positive students. I was staying at a shelter in Lockport Cares and there was a Christian pastor at the shelter. Guess again. I dialed an ubulanxe to go to the hospital because my teeth were bleeding.and I was coughing up blood. The woman told me I should not stay... I assume Lockport cares is possibly food poisoning people. Lockport cares gives you bag lunches , breakfast and dinner.

For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.

I'm not allowed back because I claaid they were food poisoning people
I told the police when I dialed the ambulance.

My blood sugar was low and I was coughing up blood and my teeth were bleeding.

Also there is a hazard for COVID 19. The manager allows COVID 19 positive to stay there without mandatory mask
You are not required to wear mask indoors.amd of you are positive for covid 19, you are not required to wear a mask. There is a woman positive for covid 10 not wearing a mask everyday spreading her disease. Lockport Cares allows kids and married couples to stay the night also.

Lockport cares should be shut down for biohazard. Covid positive wear no masks. A mask is not required for covid positive people.

More than 78,000 PG&E customers are without power on Wednesday night. Around 5:45 p.m., PG&E reported the outages impacted 78,001 from Berkeley, El Cerrito, and Richmond areas. The cause of the outage remains under investigation at this time.

See More package over to find it had several tracking number stickers, I looked back at the original order and tracking number, then saw the original number and the last sticker on the packaging was the same numbers, no way could they think that a consumer would accept this junk as a coffee pot. I’ve reported this to my bank and they said it is a scam but most people would just look at the one label. These people are scammers and if you ever get anything from them, it will not be what you ordered as it is a bait and switch scheme. See Less
