The following hazards are present at the worksite: 1. Employees are not informed in a timely manner of positive COVID cases when the employer first has knowledge of the cases, exposing employees to coming into contact with the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. 2. Employees were not provided with personal protective equipment before cases were revealed. 3. The employer does not adequality separate care between COVID positive and non COVID cases putting employees at risk of contracting the disease.
