Yes. I ordered product, too. I am now having to dispute the charges through Paypal. I think they are operating out of China, even though their website says U.S. Dispute the charges with your credit card or through Paypal, and write a review on their product info warning others not to purchase from them. Good luck.

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

The lot number can be found at the bottom of the label. Customers who have purchased the recalled feed should immediately stop using it and return it to their distributor or directly to ADM Animal Nutrition for a full refund.
