Sore throat, then runny nose, sinus pain, teeth aches, tons of snot, massive headache, loss of taste & smell for 1.5 weeks. Then horrid cough for weeks. Pneumonia set in. choking. Waited it out a few days, treated with home remedies and honey-based "Cough syrups", Humidifier, the works. Vicks vapor rub. Lots of fluid.

By Thursday, went to urgent care to find relief, as voice had been lost at this point. Received one dose of steroids in juice after physical assessment. This helped with the voice loss, and made the cough progress to wet cough.

They did not test for anything at UCC, only concurred on the croup parental assessment. Sent child home to convalesce. It is now... 1 week since first cough symptoms, and wet cough is present, but inconsistent throughout the day. All other symptoms have resolved.  | Symptoms: Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Cough

I still had an allergic reaction to the food. No could tell me if the dish was prepared separate, with clean, uncontaminated utensils. If the cook changed his gloves before pairing my food or if he'd touch tomatoes or jalapeños when preparing my dish or card to answer any of my questions. The response was, "well we made a knew dish. I don't know what happened." No one took responsibility.

The the staff were not trained to respond in a food allergy emergency. My tongue, lips and throat swelled. The waiter gave me water and ice, I took benadryl, then began vomiting the contaminated food. My friend and another customer had to get help and tell the manager to call 911. The manager comped one dish and made My friend pay the bill before the ambulance took me to the hospital.

This is unacceptable & I could've died because of the neglect and care with the food and on my birthday vacation. This was a horrible experience. Allergic reaction to the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Allergic Reaction

Walmart has issued a recall for over 51,750 units of its Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers due to a laceration hazard. The product, sold exclusively at Walmart, has a blade that can operate unexpectedly, posing a risk to consumers. The issue came to light after Walmart received five … See More
reports of lacerations, two of which required medical attention, including stitches. These injuries occurred during assembly or cleaning/handling of the product.

The choppers were sold at Walmart stores nationwide and online from August 2022 through October 2023, priced between $10 and $15. The recalled product is the Mainstays Electric Mini Chopper with model number MS14100094536S1. These choppers are rechargeable and cordless, featuring a green lid, white body, and clear plastic bowl. They come with a single blade attachment, which includes three curved blades on a white plastic spindle. The model number can be found on the label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled choppers, and contact Walmart to receive a full refund. Consumers can bring the chopper to their nearest Walmart store for a refund.
