T8 CCR 3205(c)(6). 3. The employer did not enforce procedures for reducing the number of persons in an area at one time, including visitors and visual cues such as signs and floor markings to indicate where employees and others should be located or their direction and path of travel. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6). 4. The employer did not ensure that COVID-19 cases are excluded from the workplace until the return to work requirements of subsection (c)(11) are met. T8 CCR 3205(c)(10)(A). 5. The employer did not continue and maintain an employees earnings, seniority and all other employee rights and benefits during the time they are excluded from the workplace. T8 CCR 3205(c)(10)(C).
