'-On-the-floor and in-office management teams not enforcing proper mask-wearing regulations (such as masks being worn below the nose; having signs posted in the building about certain restricted types of masks i.e. handkerchiefs, bandannas that were still being worn anyway; plastic face shields being worn without any sort... See More of secondary mask worn underneath; issues with masks being removed while talking or periodically throughout the day also not addressed or enforced). - Management team not enforcing social distancing regulations. - Disinfection of process area recommended but not enforced. - Employee who was sick at her station continued to work at her station. Vomit was not cleaned up immediately as it was instead covered up with a felt pad. When the spot was cleaned, no further sanitization from where the employee worked was cleaned.

Staff are being restricted from using vacation/sick time. Only symptomatic employees are being told to stay home. Spouses from the same home are required to report to work. There has been an increase in Covid 19 cases. Currently they are sending people with no training to cover people missing due to being quarantined. This is causing it to be impossible to practice social distancing and people are not wearing masks correctly.

They are not following the CDC guidelines. There have been multiple employee cases of COVID-19. They are not disinfecting. They are operating at full capacity. They are not following CDC COVID-19 guidelines. The employees do not cover their face properly with their masks. Employees work around forklift drivers while loading parts and the forklifts are constantly knocking carts and knocking parts out of the carts. The forklifts go into areas where they... See More are not supposed to be entering. Employees have to constantly pay attention and are in danger. The employees requested guardrails to provide a contained area for them to work in, but nothing has been done. There have been near misses and almost employee injuries. There has been one forklift driver in particular that they will not move from that department. The employees have been asking for protection for 3 months.

The plant continues to have large numbers of COVID 19 outbreaks. Outbreaks include married couples, wherein only the symptomatic spouse is told to stay home. The other spouse (residing in the same household) is required to report to work. Management is not quarantining those who worked closely... See More with current positive patients. They are pulling staff from other divisions within the plant and requiring they work to fill gaps (alongside those coworkers who worked closely with the positive patients). The plant is not closing to disinfect despite having more than 10 positive COVID 19 cases in a single week. Management has gone as far as to disallow time off despite escalating outbreaks and employee concerns.

For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.

I told the police when I dialed the ambulance.

My blood sugar was low and I was coughing up blood and my teeth were bleeding.

You are not required to wear mask indoors.amd of you are positive for covid 19, you are not required to wear a mask. There is a woman positive for covid 10 not wearing a mask everyday spreading her disease. Lockport Cares allows kids and married couples to stay the night also.

Lockport cares should be shut down for biohazard. Covid positive wear no masks. A mask is not required for covid positive people.
